Warranty and Returns
WARRANTY
We inspect every pair of readers before they ship but sometimes things are missed. If your return is a result of our error or a defect, we will pay the return shipping costs.
Keep in mind that reading glasses go through a lot of wear and tear in their all day on and off daily use, so our warranty does not cover ordinary wear which includes scratched lenses or readers that been dropped, stepped on, slept on, sat on, pulled, bent, twisted, chewed on, or otherwise broken by other events. Outside of these circumstances, we warranty our readers for manufacturer's defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to readers purchased at special sales or discounted pricing. Please note that accessories are warrantied only for manufacturers defects, not general wear.
Repairs are free for the lifetime of your purchase. Sometimes it's just easier to have any repairs or maintenance done at your local, reputable optical shop. Minor repairs such as replacing lost screws or adjusting loose or crooked frames is customarily done as a courtesy or for a small fee. Any and all warranties do not apply if the lenses have been removed and/or replaced or the result of botched frame adjustments.

Renee’s Readers guarantees a high-quality product, both in frame and lenses. Using premium materials and skilled labor, comparable to that found in high-end optical store eyewear, our reading glasses are priced far below their value, we know you'll be wowed. But just in case your not loving the look or the lens power is not right for you we don’t want you to ever feel stuck so returns are free*.
Reading glasses may be returned for exchange, refund or credit, provided it is returned within 30 days of the actual purchase date. Shipping is not refundable.
All readers must be returned in original packaging with its case and cleaning cloth. Credit will be given only if it is received free of damages and it is in an unworn condition. Your purchase will be credited back to your method of payment within 1-3 days of receipt of your return. Please package in a sturdy cardboard box and enclose a copy of your receipt or packing slip.
