Warranty and Return Policy
Warranty: Renee’s Readers guarantees a high quality product and will
repair or replace products with a manufacturing defect at no charge for a
period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover
frames that have been broken by personal wear and tear or abuse, or other
conditions not a result of a factory defect. Any and all warranties do not
apply if the factory lenses are removed and/ or replaced.
Return Policy: Frames may be returned for exchange, refund
or credit, provided it is returned within 15 days of the actual purchase date.
All frames must be returned in original packaging with its case and cleaning
cloth. Credit will be given only if it is received free of damages, marks,
scratches and it is in an unworn condition. Your purchase will be credited back
to your credit card. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please package in a
sturdy card board box and enclose a copy of your receipt. You are responsible
for all shipping charges. We recommend that you return all items with a
confirmation receipt and/or insured.
